A few months ago, a Studio83 visitor suggested I could do artwork pieces for each time of the day, so as a continuation of the series of wallpapers for the 100% Free Initiative here’s the “night” version of the first one. Just as the initial one, it was fully done in Photoshop and took 3 hours. You can dowload from our Gallery.

Well, as you see we finally went ahead and turned Studio83® into something more than just ElipseAgency’s blog. We’re now a new source of inspiration, a gallery created by designers and for designers to showcase ideas, designs and industry trends. We will keep posting on our blog of course, but now you can also find creative inspiration and cool stuff in graphic, digital and industrial design, fashion, architecture and many other categories in our field of interest.

Studio83® becomes then the first of many sites we’re working on under what we named the 100% Free Initiative. The idea is to provide the design community with FREE resources ranging from inspiration to practical tools, hoping to contribute at least a bit and give something back to the people that support us and our many friends in the design field.

With that said, I welcome you guys to the brand new Studio83®, hope you enjoy the site as much as we do!

While UsTrendy keeps gaining popularity (the site’s getting an average of 20 new users a day), we’re already working on the TrendyStore, the place where everyone will be able to sell their artwork, clothing lines or music.

For this particular project we decided to give the site’s style a twist, so we turned the background white and gave the artwork an amazing “hand-drawn” look. When it’s finished, this will improve even more the UsTrendy experience. We’ve already established our own design gallery as well. If you want create a gallery for yourself, visit the Sign Up page.

Today we finally launched UsTrendy. We’re extremely proud of this project, it has demanded a lot of work (we developed and designed this product fully inhouse) but it was well worth it.

UsTrendy is a forum for aspiring musicians, models, designers, and artists to showcase their work. On the other side, fans and other users decide what they like and UsTrendy produces it. Everything culminates at UsTrendy events, where top-rated models wear top-rated fashion designs and strut to the sounds of top-rated musicians on elaborate runways showcasing the work of top-rated artists.

At ElipseAgency we’re taking 15 days off work, and we’re coming back Jan. 17th. During this period we will not be answering any emails, but we will sure do when we get back.

I would like to thank all the people that visit the blog everyday, and I’d like to encourage you to keep the Studio83® URL in your browser’s favorites. Early (hopefully) next year, this will become a more open design community, where you will find inspiration, tutorials, exclusive artwork, design theory, free vectors and brushes and many more resources!.

Well, the holidays are upon us and Studio83® celebrates this time of the year as usual with Holiday Season Artwork. This year we have two designs. Here’s the first release, “Fireworks v2″ (Fireworks v1 is still available for download at the Studio83® galleries). This was planned to be released tomorrow as I promissed in a previous post, but what the heck, here you have it one day earlier available for download.
